Fernando Sarrafo has been doing pastoral counselling for over 10 years along with clinical experience. He also is bilingual, communicating in Portuguese and English.

Fernando obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling (B.C.C.) from and a Masters Degree in Counselling (M.C.C.) from Canada Christian College. He has also received specialized training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, Quantum EEG, AVE (Audio-Visual Entrainment), and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

Fernando is very good at distinguishing behavioral problems from a neurological disorder. He also does workshops and seminars including the “Abiding Life” retreat for couples.

He effectively provides counselling for:

• Marriage ( and Pre-marital).

• Individual (Stress & Anxiety, Depression & Low self-esteem, Addictions, and Life Crisis).

• ADD/ADHD for children, adolescents and adults.

His professional memberships include:

• OACCPP (Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists, and Psychotherapists)

• E.O.C.P.C.A. (Evangelical Order of Pastoral Counsellors of America)

Fernando has been married for 25 years and has three boys.
